Donald C. Taylor, 61, of Des Moines, died of lung cancer May 9, 1994 at the Des Moines General Hospital. Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. May 12, 1994 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home in Des Moines. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. May 11, at the funeral home. The body was cremated.
He was born in Des Moines. He was a retired plumber and a member of Plumbers and Steamfitters Union Local 33.
Surviving relatives include two sons, Donald Taylor of Carlisle and Randy Taylor or (of) Big Lake, Ark.; two daughters, Bonnie Mitchell of Big Lake, Ark., and Sandy Sturdy of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii; five sisters, Betty Miller, Mamie Middour, Emma Robinson and Clara Fitzgerald, all of Des Moines, and Margaret Mayhugh of Winterset; seven grandchildren; and one grandchild.
