Funeral services for Eva May Marean, 89, were held April 12 at United Methodist Church in Casey, Iowa. Mrs. Marean died April 9, 1993 at Country Haven Rest Home near Winterset.

She was born in Guthrie County and moved to the Country Haven Rest home near Winterset in 1987.

Local surviving relatives include a son, Max Marean and his wife Jane of Peru.
