Page 5Mrs. Fred Beeler, of Walnut township, died at her home the 12th inst. Deceased was 63 years of age. She lived on the same farm since 1852. It having been her home before her marriage. She leaves a husband and four sons, who have the sympathy of a host of neighbors and friends.

Mrs. Fred Beeler died Feb. 13th at her home two miles south of East Peru of cancerous tumor. She leaves a husband and four sons to mourn her loss. She was a woman of kind heart and beloved by all her acquaintances. Mr. and Mrs. Beeler were pioneer settlers having settled here sometime previous to the war.

Prairie GroveMrs. Beeler, an old settler in Madison county, died on the 14th day of February at her home near Peru, and was interred at Ebenezer cemetery on the 15th. She left a husband and several children (all grown), and a host of neighbors who will miss her friendly and charitable acts.
