Funeral services Held Here Tuesday With Burial At Chariton
Mrs. Lela Myers of Winterset died Sunday, Nov. 19 at Memorial hospital in Winterset. She had been ill about a week.
Mrs. Myers was 83 years of age, and had been a resident of Winterset since 1907. She was a native of Moberly, Mo., where she was born June 15, 1878, a daughter of William F. and Mary M. Graham.
During her long residence in this community she was a member of the First United Presbyterian church and the Winterset chapter of Easter Star.
She leaves two sisters, Mrs. Lulu G. Paton of Winterset and Mrs. Nelle Wetzel of Arroyo Grand, California.
Funeral services were held Tuesday from the Anderson-Wilson Funeral home conducted by the Rev. John Fink, pastor of the First United Presbyterian church of Winterset. Burial was made in the Chariton cemetery.
