Harry Ferrick, 86, of Winterset, died Dec. 22, 1994 at the Winterset Care Center. Funeral services were Dec. 26 at the Fielding Funeral Home with the Rev. David Christner officiating. Burial was at the Calvary Cemetery.
He was born July 8, 1908 to John and Anna Kauslik Ferrick in Albia. He married Lena Schroeder in Chicago, Ill, on June 1, 1935. He was a retired farmer and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He had served on the U.S.S. Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his wife.
Surviving relatives include one son, Harry R. Ferrick of Dexter; four sisters, Dorothy Harbert of Plainview, Ill., Agnes Gwinn of Lucas, Ann Murphy of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mary Gwinn of Humeston; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
