DEATH OF MRS. F. G. LIBBY

Mrs. Fred G. Libby passed away Thursday, June 23rd at the age of 55 years. Funeral services were held at the Ramsey-Richards Funeral home at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon, conducted by Reverend W. C. Porter of the United Presbyterian church. Burial was in the Winterset cemetery.

Mrs. Libby came to Madison county in 1902. She was married to Fred G. Libby February 17, 1904. She is survived by a niece, Alberta Appauline Murphy who made her home with her, and also by four brothers, F. E. and T. E. Murphy of St. Charles, W. L. Murphy of York, Nebraska and H. V. Murphy of Phoenix, Arizona and one sister, Miss Flora Murphy of St. Charles.

MORTUARY

Ella May Murphy was born in Jasper county, Iowa, July 26, 1876. She departed this life June 23, 1932 at 55 years, 11 months and 21 days of age.

In 1902 she came to Madison county and spent the remainder of her life here. She was married to Fred G. Libby on February 17, 1904. To this union was born one child, Sarah Bertha, who died at five years of age.

She gave her heart to Jesus in early girlhood uniting with the M. E. church in Jasper county. She moved her membership to several churches near where she lived. When her Lord called she was ready to go. During her last painful illness she was very patient and uncomplaining. She bade her loved ones a tender goodbye.

Beside the husband she is survived by a loved niece Alberta Appauline Murphy who made her home with them many years and four brothers: F. B. and T. E. Murphy of St. Charles, W. L. Murphy of York, Nebraska and H. V. Murphy of Phoenix, Arizona. Also one sister, Miss Flora Murphy of St. Charles.

Her many friends are of one heart in deep sympathy with the bereaved family.
