Elsie E. Stippich, 90, of Adair died of a stroke Saturday at Adair Health Care Center, where she had lived since November. The body was cremated, and memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall-Jehovah's Witness in Winterset, of which she was a member. Burial of the cremains will be at Winterset cemetery.

Mrs. Stippich was born in Audubon and had lived in Winterset since 1944. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are three sons, Veryl Ruggles of Truro, Darrell Baumgardner of Huxley and Frank Baumgardner of Casey; 22 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to her church. Hamilton's Funeral Home in Des Moines is handling arrangements.
