HARRIET ULERY DIES AT 96 YEARS

Was Widow of Rufus Ulery, Former Storekeeper at Webster

Mrs. Harriett C. Ulery, long-time resident of the Webster neighborhood, died Easter Sunday, April 6 at the home of her daughter there, Mrs. Donna Ramsey. She was 96 years of age, and had been an invalid for the last seven years.

Mrs. Ulery was born at Kirksville, Mo., on Oct. 14, 1850, the daughter of Hiland and Mary Bunce. She was married to Rufus C. Ulery on Nov. 17, 1868. Her husband operated a store at Webster for many years prior to his death in 1915.

Mrs. Ulery was the mother of two children, Mrs. Ramsey who survives, and a son, George K. Ulery, who preceded the mother in death. She also leaves seven grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held this Tuesday from the Webster Methodist church, in charge of the Rev. Arthur Weede of Tingley. Burial was made in the Roberts cemetery near there.
