CLARENCE CLARK, Winterset

Clarence Clark was born March 3, 1882 in Winterset and married Miss Nora Walters, Nov. 27, 1901. Four children were born to this union: Mrs. Agnes Brooker, Cecile, Lucile and Maxine.

Mr. Clark died Feb. 16, 1920 at his home in Winterset at nine o'clock. He was the son of Rufus and Susan Clark, the latter passing away several years ago.

He leaves two brothers, Frank and Alvin; also three sisters; Rose, Lula and Bessie.

Funeral services were held this afternoon at two o'clock at the home conducted by Rev. O. P. Bellanger. Burial took place in the Winterset cemetery.

Death of CLARENCE CLARK

Clarence Clark died of pneumonia on Monday evening at his home in Winterset. His illness lasted less than two weeks.

Mr. Clark would have been 38 years old on March 3rd. He was a son of Rufus Clark and leaves besides his wife, four daughters: Mrs. Agnes Brooker, Cecile, Lucile and Maxine; also three sisters, Mmes George Rippey, Thomas McCauley and Andrew Donaldson of Rock Island, Ill., and two brothers, Frank J. and Alvin.

To the bereaved wife and daughters and other relatives, will be extended the deep sympathy of their many friends. Rev. O. Pierre Bellanger conducted the funeral services, which were held this afternoon, burial taking place in the Winterset cemetery.
