JUANITA PARKER, Winterset

Services for Juanita Parker, 52, Winterset, who died July 14, 1983, at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center, were held Monday, July 18 at the Foursquare Church with Rev. Charles Updike officiating. Burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.

Born at Des Moines, Jan. 7, 1931, she was the daughter of Joseph and Maxine Lucas Uhlman. She married Raymond Parker July 22, 1950, becoming a Winterset resident. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge and the American Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband, Raymond; a son, Ray Jr., of Winterset; a daughter, Mrs. Jeff (Debbie) DeForest of Harlan, brothers, Joseph of Runnells, Jerome of Cedar Rapids, Jim of Cedar Falls and Robert of Des Moines; a sister, Mrs. Jeanette West of New Virginia; and one grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
