ROSEMAN OF LORIMOR DIED

Ed Roseman, a well-known resident of the Lorimor area, died at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines last Saturday, May 11. He was 78 years of age.

Mr. Roseman was born at Lorimor on May 18, 1895, the son of Ed M. and Savilla E. Roseman. He was married to Gladys Shank in 1935.

Mr. Roseman was active in the feed and milling business at Lorimor for many years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Eastern Star, and the Lorimor Lions Club, as well as the Shrine Consistory in Des Moines.

He was affiliated with the Lorimor United Methodist Church.

He is survived by two brothers: Ward, of Washington, D.C.; and Leland of Florida. He was preceded in death by his wife and parents.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 13, at the Lorimor United Methodist Church, with the Rev. M. Stanley Ballard officiating. Burial, with Masonic graveside rites, was in the Lorimor cemetery.
