Services For MAUDE SMITH

Maude I. Smith, a lifetime resident of Madison County born here November 11, 1876, died September 4, 1975 at Villa West Care Center. She was 98 years old.

Mrs. Smith was the daughter of Frederic and Christina Kleatsch. She was married to Prosper Smith on March 3, 1906 in Scott Township. Mr. Smith died in 1949.

Mrs. Smith was also preceded in death by her parents, one brother and three sisters. Several nieces and nephews survive.

Funeral services for Maude I. Smith were conducted Saturday, September 9, 1975 at 1:30 p.m. from Collins Funeral Home in Winterset with burial at the Winterset Cemetery. The Rev. Charles Updike officiated.
