December 10, 1975ROBERT WHITE Dies at 88
Robert White, 88, of Macksburg died at the Greater Community Hospital at Creston December 3rd, 1975.
He was the son of James and Amelia Bailey White and was born March 14, 1887 at Osborn, Kansas. He was married January 25, 1911 to Alice Coleen Trunnell who survives him. Also surviving are two sons, William White of Macksburg and Jessie White of Des Moines; three daughters, Mrs. Leonard (Alice) Bell of Westminster, California, Mrs. Melvin (Flossie) Rexroat of Pocatello, Idaho, and Mrs. Herbert (Larita) Hannmen of Sacramento, California; 12 grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and a brother, Samuel White of Prairie City.
Mr. White was a member of the Presbyterian Church. He was also a member of Riverside Masonic Lodge at Colfax, Za-Ga-Zig Temple Shrine of Des Moines and the Odd Fellows Lodge.
Funeral services were Saturday, December 6th at the Macksburg Methodist Church with Rev. Willis Grant officiating. Burial was in the Moon Cemetery
