Mrs. Miller, 500 Newell Hill Road, Leesburg, died Friday. Born in Winterset, Iowa, she moved to Leesburg from there in 1933.
She was a retired registered nurse for Theresa Holland Clinic, Leesburg. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church, Leesburg.
Survivors: daughter, Nancy M. Young, Fruitland Park; brothers, Gene Beeler, Weirsdale, Charles Beeler, Winterset; sister, Mildred Crowley, Columbia, Mo.; two grandchildren. Beyers Funeral Home, Leesburg.

Kate Beeler Miller, 78, died December 22 in Leesburg, Fla. Services were held in St. James Episcopal Church in Leesburg with burial in Memorial Gardens in Leesburg.
Mrs. Miller was born August 4, 1911 in Winterset, the daughter of Charles and Dora Beeler. She graduate from Winterset High School and attended and graduated from the Iowa Lutheran School of Nursing in Des Moines.
She married George Miller in 1939 and had one child, Nancy Young. Mrs. Miller also had two grandchildren, Mark and Kristin Young. She was preceded in death by a sister, Helen of Los Berryhill, Calif., and is survived by two brothers, Gene Beeler of Weirsdale, Fla, and Charles Beeler of Winterset.
She recently returned to Winterset to celebrate her 60th high school graduating reunion.
Note: Kate's full name is Edna Kate (Beeler) Miller.
