A child of D. P. Barker, of our city, suddenly died last week. When they retired for the night, it was well, and in the morning they found him dying.

Transcriber's note: This is the infant son of David P. & Mary A. Barker. He was born Feb 21, 1872 and died 23 Apr 1872. He is buried in the Winterset Cemetery.
