Burial Here For L. M. McKinney

Services were at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Dunn's Funeral Home in Des Moines for Leonard M. McKinney, 78, of 2835 Seventieth St., who died of a heart attack Monday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. Burial was at the Winterset Cemetery at Winterset.

Mr. McKinney was born at Patterson and lived in Des Moines 52 years. He was a retired self-employed bill collector and was a member of First United Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge and Za-Ga-Zig Shrine.

Survivors include a son, Connie of Des Moines; two sisters, Janice Pedersen of Des Moines and Fern McLain of Winterset; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
