MRS. IDA MCDONALD DIED LAST FRIDAY

Mrs. Ida M. McDonald, a long-time resident of Winterset and Madison county, died Friday, May 20, at Memorial hospital here. She was 87 years of age.

Mrs. McDonald was the former Ida Mae Oldham, daughter of Benton and Lida Oldham. She was born in Highland, Kansas, on April 10, 1873.

She was married at Winterset, on Feb. 8, 1905 to Robert L. McDonald. His death occurred in 1953.

Nearest surviving relatives are a niece, Mrs. Pearl Hughes of Denver and a nephew, Everett Winter of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Funeral services were held Monday from the Richards Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Robert A. Owens, pastor of the First Christian church of Winterset. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
