MRS. LUELLA HUTCHINS OF VAN METER PASSES

Mrs. Luella Hutchins, a widely-known resident of Van Meter, died at her home there Tuesday night. She was 76 years of age.

Mrs. Hutchins was a sister of James E. Williams of Winterset, and Mrs. Mayme Howell, who resided with her. Her son, Major Donavan Hutchins of Dayton, O., was with her at the time of her death.

Funeral services will be held this Thursday at Van Meter, and burial will be made in the Fairview church cemetery in Jefferson township.
