DALE STOUT, Former Patterson Man Dies

Dale Stout of Des Moines, a native of Patterson, died last Wednesday, June 19, 1967, in Ames. Death was caused by a heart attack. He was 53 years of age.

Mr. Stout had been a heavy equipment operator for E. M. Duesenburg, Inc., of Clear Lake, for 15 years. He was living in Ames while working on construction of Interstate Highway 35 there. He had been a resident of Des Moines for 32 years.

He was a member of the Patterson Methodist church, the Moose lodge, and the Operating Engineers union.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Anna Mae Stout; and five brothers, Cleo Stout of Turnwater, Wash., Vernon Stout of San Diego, Calif., Glenn Stout of Iowa City, Miles Stout of Ankeny and his twin, Kale Stout of Des Moines.

Funeral services were held Saturday from Hamilton's Funeral home in Des Moines, with burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens cemetery.
