CORA MCCLELLAND DIES AT 94 YEARS

Mrs. Cora McClelland, a resident of Winterset since 1943, died here Sunday, April 22, at the home of her step-daughter, Mrs. Charles McBride, with whom she had been living. She was 94 years of age.

Mrs. McClelland was born July 28, 1861, near Afton, a daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. William C. Williams. As a small child she moved with her parents to near Lorimor.

She was married May 14, 1902 at Creston. Her husband died in 1933.

In addition to her step-daughter, Mrs. McBride, she is survived by a brother, Newt Williams, who recently celebrated his one hundredth birthday.

Funeral services were held this Tuesday from the Anderson home for funerals, conducted by the Rev. A. P. Keast of Creston. Burial was to be made in Crown Hill cemetery at Excelsior Springs, Mo.
