Funeral Thursday For Mrs. Lull

Funeral services for Mrs. Blanche E. Lull, 83, of rural Prole will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Patterson Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Mt. Pelier Cemetery with Rev. Scott Grotewold officiating. Mrs. Lull died Tuesday, March 14 at the Madison County Memorial Hospital.

Born March 10, 1896 at St. Marys, she was the daughter of Isaac Theodore and Anna Mary Nuzum Hyser. She was married to Robert Lull on March 2, 1914 at Des Moines. Mrs. Lull was a resident here since 1914 after moving from Conger in Warren County. She was a housewife and a member of the Patterson Methodist Church and United Methodist Women.

Surviving are four sons, Rex of Martensdale, Roy of Newton, Loyde of Prole and Robert Jr. of Martensdale; a daughter, Mary Jo Tucker of Macksburg; 19 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; a son, Clyde; a daughter Anna Helen; two granddaughters, Patricia Ann and Teresa Rae and a sister, Elizabeth Hazel Michael.
