Blanche Livingston, Winterset

Blanche May Livingston, 91, of Winterset, died of pneumonia June 2, 1995 at Madison County Memorial Hospital. Funeral services were June 5 at Collins Funeral Home in Winterset with the Rev. Don Frank officiating. Burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.

She was born May 19, 1904 in Johnson County, Iowa to Thomas and Ann (Arthur) Ham. She married Clarence Elwood Livingston December 29, 1925 in Winterset. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; seven brothers; three sisters; one son-in-law; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Surviving relatives include four sons, Jack and wife Katherine of Lorimor, Rex and wife Mary of Fontanelle, Gene and wife, Carolyn of Menlo and Hugh and wife Shirley of Indianola; one daughter, Lila Jackson of Winterset; 19 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Madison County Health Trust or Hebron United Methodist Church.
