Geneva Little, Winterset

Geneva Little, 94, of Winterset, died Oct. 4, 1994 at the Madison County Memorial Hospital in Winterset. Funeral services were Oct. 7, 1994 at the Collins Funeral Home in Winterset. The Rev. Ann Epperson officiated the ceremony with burial at the North McDonald Cemetery.

She was born in Madison County May 11, 1900 to Charles Melvin and Mary Belle (Sole) Addy. She married Clarence Vernon Little in Winterset on Nov. 20, 1920. She was a lifetime resident and a retired cook and homemaker. She was a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her husband; two sons; four brothers; and one sister.

Surviving relatives include one son, Donald "Corney" Little of Winterset; two daughters, Ruth "Babe" Johnston of Milo and Myrna Moore of Winterset; 15 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
