Kenneth Michael Blunck Lininger, 32 of Winterset died March 15, 2004, of injuries sustained in an accident.
A graveside memorial service will be held at Tingley Cemetery at a later date.
Kenneth Lininger was born Dec. 27, 1971, in Charles City to Tedde Robin and Quita Rae (Lininger) Blunck. He grew up in Winterset and was a 1990 graduate of Winterset High School. Kenneth also graduated with honors and distinction from Iowa State Universiey with a master of information and science degree. He was a computer programmer and analyst. He had resided in Omaha, Neb, for a while, then bought a farm in Arispe. He had recently moved back to Winterset.
He is survived by his fiancee, Michell Harvey and her daughter, Gabrielle of Winterset; his father, Ted Blunck and wife Cathy Blunck of Dallas, Texas; his mother, Quita Koehler and husband David of Winterset; a sister, Kelle Gliem of Des Moines; a stepsister, Denise Franklin of Indianola; two stepbrothers, Richard Koehler of Dallas, Texas and Dan Koehler of Omaha, Neb.; and grandparents, Keith and Twilla Lininger of Shannon City and Pauline Murphy and her husband Herb of Des Moines.
Memorial contributions may be directed to his family.
Arrangements were handled by Collins Oak Park Chapel in Winterset.
