Funeral services for Earl Stanley Leslie of Rohnert Park, California were held Thursday, April 30, at Collins Funeral Home.
Mr. Leslie died Thursday, April 23, at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, Calif., at the age of 55.
Born in Garber, Oklahoma on Nov. 15, 1925, he was the son of Ira B. Leslie and Velma Bruce.
He was a veteran of W.W. II, serving in the Marines. Later, he became a construction worker for the Army Corps of Engineers.
In 1963, he married Judy Miles at Nashua, Iowa. Six children were born to the marriage.
He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his mother; wife; three sons, Craig and Burt of Santa Rosa and Dan of Winterset; three daughters, Sandra Alford of Huntsville, Alabama, Cathy Joyce of Sebastopol, Calif., and Sherry Leslie of Winterset; one brother, Paul of Superior, Neb.; two sisters, Doris Jones of Nelson, Neb., and Ruth Kuta of Columbus, Neb.; and one grandson, Joshua Joyce.
Burial was at Winterset Cemetery.
