WINFIELD ROGERS Died Here Sunday

Winfield B. Rogers, retired Webster township farmer, died Sunday, May 30, 1965, at a Winterset nursing home. He was 81 years of age.

Mr. Rogers was a native of Montgomery county, where he was born May 28, 1884, a son of William and Malinda Cox Rogers. Practically all his life had been spent in this county. He never married.

Mr. Rogers was a member of the Oak Grove church.

Nearest surviving relatives are neices and nephews.

Funeral services were to be held this Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. from the Collins Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. William Bowles, pastor of the First Christian church of Winterset. Burial was to be made in Wight cemetery.
