MRS. NETTIE WAGNER DIED HERE SUNDAY

Had Been Resident of This County for Past 30 Years

Mrs. Nettie Wagner, a resident of Madison county for the past 30 years, died at the Winterset hospital Sunday at the age of 71 years.

Mrs. Wagner was the former Nettie Mae Brown, daughter of James and Minerva Brown, and was born at Hamilton, Ill., on Sept. 13, 1871.

On Sept. 4, 1890, she was married to George Wagner at Carthage, Ill. They came to Madison county in 1911, and located on a farm.

Mr. and Mrs. Wagner were the parents of six children. One daughter died in infancy, and Mr. Wagner died in 1930. The five surviving children are: Leonard of Greenfield, Carl and Clara of Winterset, Ed of Waterloo and Earl of Peru. She also leaves six grandchildren, one great grandchild, and two sisters, Mrs. Henry Voightlander of Ashton, Kan., and Mrs. Pearl Kincaid of Hamilton, Ill.

Funeral services were held Tuesday from the Ramsey-Richards funeral home in charge of the Rev. W. P. Gordon, pastor of the Winterset United Presbyterian church. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
