MRS. D. W. SAYRE DIES

St. Charles (Special)--March 15.

Word came to relatives here last week of the death of Mrs. D. W. Sayre at her home in Franklin, Minn., on Feb. 28. Mrs. Sayre was 73 years of age and her death was caused by a second stroke of paralysis, having suffered the first stroke 38 years ago.

She was the daughter of Soloman and Frances Odell, pioneer residents of Scott township, and many years of her life was spent in Madison county.

Her husband died a few years ago, and three sons and two daughters, and an adopted daughter, Mrs. Cap Burd of Winterset, survive.
