Services for Hazel Lamm, 90, Truro, who died March 10 at the Winterset Care Center North, will be held on Thursday, March 12 at 1:30 p.m. at the Kale Funeral Home in Truro. Burial will be at the Ebenezer Cemetery.
Born June 19, 1896 in Des Moines, she was the daughter of Hiriam and Elsie French Short. She was married April 29, 1915 to Floyd B. Lamm in Des Moines.
She was a housewife and lived most of her life in Madison County. She belonged to the Eastern Star, Ivy Chapter 533 at Truro, the Thursday Girls and the Kitchen Band, the United Methodist Church in Truro and the A and O Club.
Survivors include daughters, Ethel Rosander of Norwalk, Virginia Beener of New Virginia and Helen Lorenzen of Truro; a son, Merrill of Ogden; 18 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ethel Flaherty of Des Moines.
