MRS. L. D. WEEKS Died Wednesday

Mrs. L. D. Weeks of near Orient died this Wednesday, Oct. 21, 1959, at Madison county Memorial hospital in Winterset where she had been a patient since last April. She was 76 years of age.

Mrs. Weeks was a life-long resident of Madison county. She was the former Nancy Loveall Cain, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Cain, and was born in Grand River township Oct. 18, 1883. She was married to L. D. Weeks on March 11, 1903.

She leaves her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Lola Mitchell; two sons, Gerald and Russell Weeks; five grandchildren; one great grandchild, two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Kirkland and Elizabeth Cain; and a brother, William Cain.

Funeral services will be held this Friday at 2 p.m. from the Richards Funeral home in Winterset, conducted by the Rev. Arthur Weed and the Rev. Earl Kelly. Burial will be made in the Winterset cemetery.
