GLENN WALDEN TRAVIS, Winterset

Services for Glenn Walden Travis, 75, a native of Winterset who died Aril 13, 1983 at the Madison County Memorial Hospital, were held Saturday, April 16 at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, Mo., with the Rev. Buel Buzzard and Rev. Ron Campbell officiating. Burial was at the Oakwood Cemetery at Neosho.

Born June 3, 1907, he was the son of Ernest and Grace Campbell Travis. Mr. Travis lived in Missouri until two years ago. He was a member of the Senior Citizens at Neosho, the Masonic Lodge at Kansas City, Kan., and the roof and tile union of Kansas City, Mo.

He married Inez Pace June 22, 1943 at Lawrence, Kan. She died Aug. 23, 1960. Other survivors are a brother, Ernest of Maxwell, Iowa; and sisters, Mrs. Ruth Clark and Mrs. Eloise Allen, both of Winterset.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.
