Winterset Man Succumbs to Long Illness At Age of 42 Years
Clifford E. Light, a resident of Winterset for the past 15 years, died at his home here Monday. He was 42 years of age. For the past 15 years he had been afflicted with a nervous disorder, which had made hime an invalid for the past seven years.
Mr. Light was born June 25, 1901, at Whiting, Ia., the son of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Light.
He is survived by his parents; a brother, Claude Light of Kansas City, Mo.; and a sister, Mrs. Herman Cox of Winterset.
Funeral services were held here Wednesday afternoon from the Anderson Funeral home, in charge of the Rev. W. A. Samp, pastor of the Winterset Methodist church. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.

Funeral services for Clifford E. Light, who died Monday, May 1, at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Lake of Winterset, were held Wednesday afternoon at the Anderson Funeral Home. Rev. W. A. Samp conducted the service and burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
Clifford Everett late, son of George and Lennie Light’s, was born June 25, 1901 at Whiting, Iowa. For fifteen years he has been afflicted with a nervous disorder, which for the past seven years has made him an invalid. He was 42 years old at the time of his death.
He is survived by his parents, one brother, Claud Light of Kansas City, Missouri, and a sister Mrs. H. Cox of Winterset.
