Death In Idaho Of Former Resident

Graveside services for Ella M. Kennedy, 92, of Boise, Idaho, who died April 25th, were held April 28th at Meridian Cemetery with Rev. Don Clark of the Chruch of Religious Science officiating.

Mrs. Kennedy was born in Douglas township, Madison County July 3, 1884 the daughter of A. W. and Eva Chase. She received her early schooling in Madison County and was a graduate nurse, having trained in Des Moines. She graduated from Unity School in Kansas in 1940.

Mrs. Kennedy was married to Edward Riser, who died in 1909. In 1914, she married Charles Kennedy and they moved to Boise in 1919. He died in 1923.

She is survived by a daughter in law, a step-son, two sisters, Grace Cross and Pearl Shaw of Winterset, a brother Harold Chase of Modesto, California and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Dale Kennedy in 1974.
