MRS, BERTHA EDWARDS Buried At Winterset

Mrs. Bertha E. Edwards, a former resident of Winterset, died last Friday, July 22, 1955, at Centralia, Mo. She was 75 years of age.

Mrs. Edwards was the former Bertha Cole of Winterset. She was born and spent her early life in this community, attending the Winterset school. She was married to Jay Edwards of Winterset, who preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held at Centralia Sunday, after which the body was brought to Winterset. Brief services were held here Monday from the Anderson home for funerals, in charge of the Rev. Glen Pickett, pastor of the First Baptist church. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
