RALPH SIMPSON IS BURIED HERE

Funeral services were held from the Anderson home for funerals in Winterset Monday for Ralph L. Simpson of Des Moines, whose death had occurred there Friday, Jan. 21, 1955, at Mercy hospital. The services were conducted by the Rev. Warren Hile, pastor of the Winterset Church of Christ. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.

Mr. Simpson's death resulted from a cerebral hemorrhage. He was 64 years of age.

Born in Madison county on May 24, 1890, he was a son of Samuel W. and Ayer Findley Simpson. His early life was spent in this community. For the last 11 years he had been a building custodian in Des Moines.

Near surviving relatives include his wife; two daughters; and a son.
