Arnold Jensen, Winterset

Services for Arnold William Jensen, 77, rural Winterset, who died April 18 at his residence were held Wednesday, April 23, at the Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Charlie Morrow officiating. Burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.

Born at Indianola, Neb. on Sept. 18, 1908, he was the son of James and Maude Davis Jensen. He was a farmer and had lived here since 1949.

Mr. Jensen was married to Minnie S. Hemme on March 11, 1933 at Plankington, S.D. He was a member of the Wesley Chapel.

Survivors include a son, James of St. Charles, Ill,; sisters, Ruth Hawkins and Fern Seiger, both of San Francisco, Calif.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, three brothers and a sister.
