Frank L. Jones, Winterset real estate dealer and a resident of this community for most of his life, died on Wednesday of last week at the Mercy hospital in Des Moines. He was 69 years of age and had been in failing health for some time.

Mr. Jones was the son of Jacob and Jane Jones, and was born at Winterset on Jan. 21, 1876. In 1910 he was married to Cora C. Croft of this community. He leaves one brother, Walter D. Jones of Des Moines.

Funeral services were held last Friday from the Winterset Baptist church, in charge of the pastors, the Revs. Floyd and Linda Tolby. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
