Florence Helen Janes, Indianola

Services for Florence Helen Janes, 82, of Indianola, who died Friday, Nov. 26, were held Tuesday, Nov. 30, at the Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Byron Ayers officiating. Burial was at the Union Chapel Cemetery.

Mrs. Janes was a resident of the Good Samaritan Care Center, Indianola. She was born in Joplin, Mo., April 19, 1900, the daughter of Bert and Rose Brown. She married Hase H. Janes at Madrid Feb. 15, 1923.

Survivors include two half brothers, Frank Brown of Texas and Francis Brown of Des Moines; a half sister, Alice Ayers of San Diego, Calif.; and a half sister, Minnie Fritz of Des Moines.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
