Aaron Jackson, 23, of Boone and formerly of Winterset, died Nov. 18, 2005.

Funeral services were held today (Wednesday, Nov. 23) at the First United Methodist Church in Boone. Graveside services and burial were held this afternoon at Winterset Cemetery.

Aaron Jackson was born May 14, 1982 in Des Moines to Charles and Kahla (Leopard) Jackson Jr. He lived in Winterset from 1982-86, Des Moines from 1986-87, and moved to Boone in 1987, where he attended Boone High School. Aaron worked at Trilite Windows in Boone for several years and currently was employed in the parts department of Jordan Motors in Johnston. He was a member of the Adam and Eve Bowling League of Madrid.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles Jackson.

He is survived by his parents, Charles Jr. and Kahla, of Boone; a sister, Ashley Jackson of Boone; a brother, Christopher Jackson of Bloomfield; and his grandparents, Lila Jackson of Boone and Arnold and Kathy Leopard of Fruitland.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family to be used at their discretion.

Funeral arrangements were handled by Schroeder Memorial Chapel in Boone.
