Graveside services for Wilbur Igo, 91, Winterset, who died May 12 at the Care Center South where he resided were held Tuesday May 16, at the Winterset Cemetery with the Rev. Leonard Leslie officiating.

Mr. Igo was born at Palmyra, Iowa on March 12, 1898, the son of Silas and Sue Whipple Igo. He was married to Vera Osborn on Sept. 9, 1946 at Kansas City, Kan.

Mr. Igo was owner-operator of the old Arcade Hotel in Winterset until 1960. After that he worked as office manager for Penn-Dixie in Winterset until retirement. He spent his last 43 years here.

Survivors include his wife; sons, Stephen of Houston, Texas and Wilbur Jr. of Danville, Ill.; a step-daughter, Janice Ham of Boise, Ida.; 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and two sisters.
