MRS GRACE ELLIS Of Patterson Dies

Mrs. Grace Ellis of Patterson died at the University hospital in Iowa City this Tuesday, Nov. 29, 1955.

Mrs. Ellis had been brought to Madison county Memorial hospital in Winterset last Thursday for treatment of a fractured hip. On Saturday she was transferred to Iowa City.

Mrs. Ellis was 75 years of age. She was the former Grace Crawford, daughter of W. W. and Maude Crawford, and was born at Patterson on Sept. 21, 1880.

Her husband has been dead for several years. Nearest surviving relatives are nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held this Thursday at 2 p.m. from Anderson's home for funerals in Winterset. Burial will be made at Montpelier cemetery near Patterson.
