1967HOWELL YOUTH DIES AT 23 MONTHS
Douglas Alan Howell, 23-month old son of Mr. and Morris Howell of Des Moines, died July 7, at Iowa Methodist hospital.
He was born July 27, 1965 in Des Moines. His parents are former Madison county residents.
Funeral services for the infant were held at 4 p.m. Monday, July 10 from Collins Funeral Home in Winterset. The Rev. R. A. Pettyjohn of Des Moines officiated. Burial was in Mt. Pelier cemetery near Patterson.
Surviving in addition to his parents are a paternal grandmother, Mrs. Maude Howell of Winterset; and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John McKenzie of Des Moines.
