ALLIE TAYLOR Of Winterset Dies

Mrs. John A. Taylor of Winterset, a life-time resident of Madison county, died Friday, April 10, 1964, at a nursing home here. She was 87 years of age.

Mrs. Taylor was the former Allie Shaver, daughter of George and Sarah Kephart Shaver. She was born April 2, 1877, near St. Charles. On July 7, 1903, she was married at Patterson to John A. Taylor. His death occurred in 1956.

She was a member of the United Brethren church.

Mrs. Taylor leaves three daughters, Mrs. D. V. Lawler of Sioux City, Mrs. Lew Wildin of Patterson, and Mrs. Glenn Wheeler of Blackfoot, Ida.; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Lulu Richardson of Winterset.

Funeral services were held Sunday from the Collins Funeral home, conducted by C. A. McMurray of Winterset. Burial was made in Union Chapel cemetery.
