After a few day' illness, originating with a severe cold, Little Laura Maxine Hoots, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Hoots, died on Sunday morning, March 10th, aged six months and sixteen days. Since her birth, on August 22, 1917, she manifested an unusually sweet disposition, which endeared her to her relatives and their friends. She leaves to mourn her early death, her father and mother and little brother, Clyde.
Funeral services were held on Monday, March 11th, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. M. W. Peach, parents of Mrs. Hoots. Rev. B. B. Burton of the Church of Christ conducting, followed by burial in Winterset cemetery.
