Wednesday, October 25, 1961MILO HENDRICKS Dies at 73 Years
Milo C. Hendricks of Union township, a life-time resident of Madison county, died Friday, Oct. 20, 1961, at Memorial hospital here. He was 73 years of age.
Mr. Hendricks was born in this county Dec. 17, 1887, and spent his life in farming here. He was a son of William and Clara Blighton Hendricks. He was a member of the United Brethren church.
He was married Feb. 26, 1913, to Josie Brittain, who survives him. He also leaves a son, Clyde Hendricks of Winterset; four daughters, Mrs. Mabel Parker, Mrs. Pauline Davis, Mrs. Mary Tyer and Mrs. Shirley Hulbert, all of Winterset; 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; a brother, Lee Hendricks of Escanaba, Mich.; and two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Tate of Washougal, Wash., and Mrs. Alta Stone of Primise City.
Funeral services were held Monday from the Collins Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Clifford Carter. Burial was made in the North McDonald cemetery.
