Hazel Capps Hollingsworth, Phoenix, Ariz.

Funeral services for Hazel Capps Hollingsworth, 89, were held July 30 at the First Methodist Church in Phoenix, Ariz.

Mrs. Hollingsworth taught music in the Winterset High School in 1924-1925.

She was married to Eugene B. Hollinsworth in June 1925 and he preceded her in death.

Surviving is a sister, Mrs. T. C. Wilmoth; two nephews in Phoenix and cousins in Iowa.

Burial was in Greenwood Memory Lawn Mausoleum with Dr. William S. Boice officiating.
