KENNETH EDWARD MORRIS

Kenneth E. Morris, 78 died Saturday, September 17, 2005 at Winterset Care Center South. Kenneth was born April 5, 1927 in McPaul, Iowa. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War and was a member of the Earlham American Legion Post # 158. After coming home from the Army, he worked in construction and later for Oscar Meyer where he retired due to disability.

Kenneth is survived by his wife of 40 years, Pat Morris of Earlham, Iowa; daughter Carla Young and husband Wayne of Des Moines, Iowa; son Kenny Morris and wife Mai of Earlham, Iowa; brother Vernon Morris and wife Joan of Winterset, Iowa; grandchildren: Shana, Andrew and Elizabeth of Des Moines, Iowa; Raegan and Kennedy of Earlham, Iowa; and his nieces and nephews.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents Orvel and Edna Morris of Earlham, Iowa.

The family would like to thank everyone for attending the service today and extends an invitation to join them immediately following this service at the Earlham Legion Hall for a luncheon and a time of fellowship.
