Sue English-Thompson, 64, of Chicago, Ill., died July 22, 2006. Sue was the wife of Ronald G. Thompson, a former Winterset resident.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 27, at Collins Oak Park Chapel in Winterset, with visitation beginning one hour prior to the services. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Afton.

She is survived by her husband, Ron, of Chicago, Ill.; one son, Mark English; and one granddaughter.
