Stanley Earl Holland, Winterset

Funeral services for Stanley Earl Holland, 89, were held Mon., Aug. 17 at Collins Funeral Home in Winterset with Pastor Kenneth C. Belz officiating. Mr. Holland died August 14, 1992 at Madison County Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Holland was born in Cando, N.D. on July 22, 1903 to William and Elizabeth (Hammrick) Holland. He married Lucy Ann Ewing in March, 1928 in Decatur, Ill. He moved to Winterset in 1954 from Keokuk. He was a foreman for Swift and Company retiring in 1956.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, six brothers and one sister.

Surviving relatives include his wife; one son, William S. Holland of Lorimor; one sister, Lora Wagoner of Punta Gorda, Fla. and six grandchildren.

Burial was at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Keokuk. Memorials may be sent to the family.
