FORMER RESIDENT DIES IN COLORADO

Mrs. Ruth C. Holiday, formerly of Macksburg, died recently at Colorado Springs, Colo., where she had lived since 1958. She was 61 years of age.

Mrs. Holiday was born at Anita, and lived at Stuart and Macksburg before moving to Colorado. She was a member of the Stuart Methodist Church and the Rebekah lodge at Macksburg.

Surviving are her husband, Lloyd L. Holiday of Colorado Springs; her mother, Mrs. Alice Roberts of Alliance, Nebr., two children, Mrs. Betty McMains and Glenn Holiday of Colorado Springs, three grandchildren; and a brother.

Funeral services were held from the Swan mortuary in Colorado Springs, with the Rev. Ben F. Lehmberg officiating. Burial was made in Evergreen cemetery there.
